Never really has rude neighbours.
Siao wan have.
But then, my family also one of those crazy ones, so I guess most
neighbours tolerated us more often then we have to tolerate
them.
Most times, I can only feel apologetic. Especially when last time,
grandmother likes to hang those underwears at the corridor to sun
them.
And neighbour was a new married couple. The wife nicely came to us
to tell us to please dont hang the undies to sun near their door
(They were at the corner unit.) Cos her hubby is uncomfortable at
see-ing those undies. (Granny undies!)
